Gross CBD office supply totalled 45,069m2 in the six months to January 2016, wholly as a result of the completion of 567 Collins Street which was completed in July 2015. The level delivered to the CBD office market was 33% below the average recorded over the past 10 years (67,596m2 per six monthly period).
