Gross suburban office supply totalled 90,344m2 in 2015, the second highest level of new supply delivered to the market in the past 15 years and the highest since 2009. The Outer Eastern precinct accounted for 87% of new suburban office supply, led by the Australian Taxation Office at 913 Whitehorse Road, Box Hill (19,680m2) and Building B, 211 Wellington Road, Mulgrave (12,659m2) having been precommitted by Monash University.
