The Greater Cincinnati industrial market continued its strong performance as it reached its eighth consecutive quarter of direct vacancy under 5.0%. This supply-constrained market is now at 22 consecutive quarters of positive net absorption.
Direct vacancy currently stands at 4.2%, which is 20 basis points lower than at year-end 2015. When compared yearover-year, all product categories have experienced drops in vacancy, with the exception of Class A bulk.
