- There are now 602,000 purpose-built bed spaces available to students for the 2017/18 academic year;
-87% of all new bed spaces for 2017/18 have been delivered by the private sector;
- Average headline weekly rental growth between 2016 and 2017 has been 2.9%;
- A record number of 30,000 new bed spaces have been delivered in 2017.
