The Oklahoma City market continues to see demand for quality space. Larger blocks of space are increasingly harder to find as vacancy rates reach near record lows. There is a current shortage of smaller buildings with 14’ – 16’ doors with a yard due to the continued oil and gas growth. The strength of the market is coming from local tenant expansion rather than out of state migration.
