A research produced by
2015 was a period of further intensive development in the Kraków office market, which resulted in record-breaking developers’ activity and volume of lease transactions, that has not been recorded before. As a consequence of the market development, we could observe growth of its attractiveness for players active in the investment market together with increasing amount of office schemes acquisitions.
Kraków remains the largest and one of the most dynamically developing regional office markets in Poland. At the end of December 2015, the total office stock in the city was estimated at 770,000 sq m, of which some 688,000 sq m was for rent and the remaining 82,000 sq m was owner-occupied.
