La Défense is reinventing itself, as illustrated by the Ariane tower, acquired in 2018 by Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC represented by BauMont Real Estate and Aquila Asset Management. Jean de Mailly's design is now being reinterpreted by the Nouvelle AOM architectural collective. For Business Immo, the owners of the project unveil what they consider to be a renovation project « unique in Europe », to be completed by the end of 2024.
