Rebuilding the city on itself to create an ecological, biophilic campus from a brownfield site, adapted to the new ways of working favoured by businesses in the post-Covid era. These ambitions have been realised by Redman and AXA IM Alts with Black, a 47,890 sqm office campus to be delivered in Clichy at the end of 2023. We spoke to Germain Aunidas, Global Head of Development at AXA IM Alts, Matthias Navarro, co-founder and CEO of Redman, and Emmanuel Combarel, associate architect at ECDM Architectes.
