At the end of the asset management year 2023, during which the investor signed over 600,000 sqm of leases, Logicor is continuing to develop its portfolio, with around 120,000 sqm currently under construction in France. Laurent Dubos, Country Manager for France, talks to Business Immo about his view of the logistics market in France and his roadmap for the year ahead.
