A research produced by
Year 2013 was good for Mexico, the Chihuahua State and Cd. Juárez. In Mexico, important reforms were approved regarding the fields of: education, finance and energy. According to the Federal Government, these reforms will bring benefits to the country in the short and long-terms. Regarding Chihuahua State, up until the 3rd quarter of 2013, ranked fourth in employment creation and had the lowest unemployment rate (5.3%) of all Border States. 73% of created jobs were from Cd. Juárez. In addition, Chihuahua State held the second place in foreign direct investment, just after Mexico City.
