Direct vacancy in the Greater Cincinnati office market continued its steady decline in Q3 2016, and now stands under 19.0% overall, for the first time since 2009.
Currently at 18.8%, direct vacancy has fallen in the region by nearly 200 basis points in the past 12 months. Across Class A and Class B
space in both the Central Business District (CBD) and the Suburbs, direct vacancy has fallen by more than 100 basis points in all categories year-over-year.
