Outlets: is the enduring retail asset coming out of its niche?

Outlets has historically been a fringe market, accounting for only 1% of total retail investments in Europe over the past decade, according to Savills, and less than 100 transactions were recorded on the sector since 2009, totalling about €8bn of turnover.
