"Tokoro Capital's first fund will target London and Paris offices"

Former Brockton Capital executives Sanjay Sethi and Max Bassadone have launched a new real estate investment manager, Tokoro Capital. Its first fund, the offices-oriented TKO-I LP, closed with €100m of capital commitments from European institutional investors and will aim to invest €250m in Europe’s gateway cities, with an initial focus on London and Paris. In an interview with Business Immo, the firm’s co-founders detailed their investment strategy and ambitions for this new endeavour.
