The office rental market in Lille was close to record levels in 2021, with an almost 275,000 sqm take-up. This dynamism can also be seen in the investment market, which has topped the €350m mark. Xavier Delecroix, Director of Offices in the North Region at BNP Paribas Real Estate Transaction, tells Business Immo about these "performances", which he considers "quite surprising", and talks about the future.
