"Altarea's acquisition of Primonial seems to be definitively canceled"

Against all expectations, Altarea announced on Wednesday that it would not acquire Primonial for €1.9bn. The backtracking of the group, headed by Alain Taravella, came at a time when the transaction was due to be finalised the same day. Stéphane Vidal, President of Primonial, tells Business Immo his version of events.
