For Business Immo, Yoann Choin-Joubert puts words to evils, expressing his annoyance at the contradictory injunctions emanating from the European Central Bank (ECB) in particular. And he talks about the future, even mentioning a potential end to the crisis in 2024. "On the other hand, we're going to suffer for another two years while we deliver all the projects developed in 2022, which will be poorly sold over the 2022-2024 period, but which will still need to be built", he tells us.
