A research produced by
Belgium’s export market suffered from continued muted demand, largely amongst euro zone countries that are Belgium’s primary export markets, which constrained business confidence. As a result the domestic market also saw conditions falter. A stagnant economy weighed heavily on the industrial market, which saw subdued demand keep prime rents at their low levels, with only very minor uplifts in some logistics markets.
