For the French real estate financing market for professionals, the years go by but are not the same. After being strongly affected by the health crisis in 2020, it has experienced a strong recovery in 2021, revealed last week the 4th edition of the study conducted by French real estate research institutes IEIF (Institut de l'épargne immobilière et foncière) and IFPImm (Institut du financement des professionnels de l’immobilier ). But in the face of the major macroeconomic and geopolitical disruptions experienced since the beginning of the year, a drastic paradigm shift is expected as early as 2022.
