Prague Office : The vacancy rate continues rising - Q2 2014

Annual supply in 2014 should reach the highest level since the record year of 2008. The largest supply pipeline in H2 2014 should be completed in Prague 4 and Prague 1.

Given significant supply pipeline, as more than 102,800 sq m should be completed in the second half of the year, the vacancy rate should increase further to 15-16% this year.

Prime headline city centre rents continued dropping to €18.50-19.50 per sq m per month.
