Logistics and industrial property changed hands for a total of approximately €3.0bn during the first three quarters of the year, representing an increase of 17% compared to the corresponding period last year.
Since the properties targeted by many investors (lettable area of at least 30,000 sq m, long-term lease to a creditworthy tenant and situated in the top seven logistics regions) are in relatively scarce supply, competition among bidders for such product is intensifying further.
