While investment volumes continued to fall in the 3rd quarter of 2023, a fall "inherent in a downturn in the economic environment", the 34th MSCI Barometer, produced in association with BPCE Real Estate Solutions and presented at the Simi, anticipates a reduction in allocations to real estate. Worse still, for the first time, the study predicts that the annual results will be lower than forecast in the previous edition. Find out more.
