Between repricing and holding pattern, investors are navigating the rising interest rate environment by sight

Faced with galloping inflation, central banks are raising their key rates in an attempt to curb the phenomenon. In the United States, the Fed has just announced its fourth rate hike since March, while on the Old Continent, the central bank announced last week a 50bp increase, its first in 11 years. In their wake, the bank financing ecosystem is reviewing its copy and adjusting its financing conditions. To negotiate their entry into this new economic order, real estate investors will have to sail by sight.
